I wasn't able to do any pull ups or chins ups at all, and three months later I could do 3 chin ups, and 10 with a rubber band. My general physical abilities have increased, and activity has become a regular thing in my routine. I got a lot of support and motivation as I was training, which helped me a lot to keep going. I might but have the brightest results, but personally for me, I think with the careful support of the coach, and regular exercise I did my maximum and saw good results in comparison to my personal point A.
