What you will learn
The workshop starts with a specific warm-up for acrobatics then the focus is moved towards bodyweight exercises but also with a partner. The main goal is to learn how to get stronger and more flexible for acrobatics while staying injury-free.
Injuri prevention
Learn how to avoid common injuries in acrobatics and recover from the old ones.
Flexibility
Achieve a better range of motion in your joints, reduce the tighness in your muscles and have a better posture.
Strength
Improve all three types of strength needed in partner acrobatics: static, explosive and dynamic strength.
Coordination
Master the ability to move your body in a smooth and efficient way, having a better control of your body.
Endurance
Sustain the physical effort for longer, avoid muscle fatigue and improve your stamina.
