Tudor is an exceptional personal fitness coach. He enabled me to reach goals that I deemed impossible or at least very far away in just a few weeks. He is a friendly and kind person, making our sessions enjoyable and comfortable. He managed to motivate me even when I felt down. Because of his vast amount of knowledge, it was fun to sometimes just nerd out with him about fitness theory or life in general. Having no sports background, but being interested in AcroYoga, I joined the Push & Pull Strength Challenge to become a better flier and a stronger base. I wasn't able to do any pull ups or chins ups at all, and three months later I could do 3 chin ups, and 10 with a rubber band. My general physical abilities have increased, and activity has become a regular thing in my routine. I got a lot of support and motivation as I was training, which helped me a lot to keep going. I might but have the brightest results, but personally for me, I think with the careful support of the coach, and regular exercise I did my maximum and saw good results in comparison to my personal point A. Thank you, Tudor, you're a great coach, teacher, trainer and friend.
