Achieve a better range of motion in your joints, reduce the tightness in your muscles and have a better posture.

Improve all three types of strength needed in partner acrobatics: static, explosive and dynamic strength.
COORDINATION DRILLS
Improve your ability to move your body in a smooth and efficient way, having better control of your body.
ENDURANCE CIRCUITS
Learn how to sustain the physical effort for longer, avoid muscle fatigue and improve your stamina.

After the session is over, the support keeps going.
I will send you a short recap with the key exercises so you can get straight to training beginning the next day.
A week later, I will check in to see how your training is going and answer any questions you might have.
After a month, we’ll catch up again and measure your training progress and help you set new goals to keep things moving forward.
