Private Sessions

The private session starts with a specific set of questions about what you would like to learn.

After a specific warm-up, there is an assessment of the current level then we proceed with movement drills.

Using on-site video analyses and instant streaming tools, the learning process will be superior to the conventional method.

Learn how to avoid common injuries in acrobatics and recover from the old ones

FLEXIBILITY DRILLS

Achieve a better range of motion in your joints, reduce the tightness in your muscles and have a better posture.

STRENGTH EXERCISES

Improve all three types of strength needed in partner acrobatics: static, explosive and dynamic strength.

COORDINATION DRILLS

Improve your ability to move your body in a smooth and efficient way, having better control of your body.

ENDURANCE CIRCUITS

Learn how to sustain the physical effort for longer, avoid muscle fatigue and improve your stamina.

Follow up

Online Support

After the session is over,  the support keeps going.

I will send you a short recap with the key exercises so you can get straight to training beginning the next day.

A week later, I will check in to see how your training is going and answer any questions you might have.

After a month, we’ll catch up again and measure your training progress and help you set new goals to keep things moving forward.

It's been about a month that I have been using the Training for Acro Custom Program through the Everfit.io app. I love this app and how coach Tudor makes me develop the habits, keep on track and advance little by little. Tudor is really present as a coach and gives me feedback and support throughout the journey. Feeling the results already! I have lost weight, feel better in my body and am feeling stronger too. I can also share my meals and workout with pictures or videos. Every workout has precise information about what muscle group is being used and is very well explained through videos to support them. Tudor is an exceptional personal fitness coach. He enabled me to reach goals that I deemed impossible or at least very far away in just a few weeks. Having no sports background, but being interested in AcroYoga, I joined the Push & Pull Strength Challenge to become a better flier and a stronger base. I wasn't able to do any pull ups or chins ups at all, and three months later I could do 3 chin ups, and 10 with a rubber band. My general physical abilities have increased, and activity has become a regular thing in my routine. I got a lot of support and motivation as I was training, which helped me a lot to keep going. I might but have the brightest results, but personally for me, I think with the careful support of the coach, and regular exercise I did my maximum and saw good results in comparison to my personal point A. Thank you, Tudor, you're a great coach, teacher, trainer and friend.
