The opening day of CrossFit Blackfriars was great. Lots of amazing people gathered together to see and check out London’s newest CrossFit box.
They created a workout inspired by the street number – Belvedere 50:
– 50 pull-ups
– 50 wall balls
– 50 KB swings 16 kg
– 50 burpees
After I caught my breath I started to give the rings a go and practice the ring muscle up – usually, I use a bar.
The second workout was a variation from Diane.
