Hi, I'm Tudor Sirbu
World Champion Coach, creator of the "Training for Acro" method
Over the past 12 years, I have been training people in different activities and sports that I really enjoyed doing.
Since I moved to London (UK) in 2013, I have been working as a Personal Trainer in a gym, as well as an Acrobatics Coach teaching private lessons, classes and workshops.
I started the “Training for Acro” project in 2016 with the goal of providing the best guidance to acrobats.
After becoming a World Champion with Team England ParaCheer in 2018 (at the World Cheerleading Championships in Florida) I decided to focus my time and energy to help people get better at acrobatics.
In the last couple of years “Training for Acro” grew a lot and has helped and continue to guide hundreds of people to develop more strength, flexibility and coordination not only for Acrobatics but also for life (itself).
Now I am on a mission to help Acro communities across the world to grow, have safer practice time and enjoy seeing the progress they make in their journey.

Warm-up drills
TfA Workouts also provides warm-up exercises that will improve your performance and enhance your progress by activating and preparing targeted muscles ahead of your workout.
Stretching routines

Sharing your evolution and progress with us is optional, but highly recommended.
Calls and video coaching
