🔸WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for everyone wanting to get improve their Acro skills. You will learn how to refine your current L Basing technique using different drills and teaching cues.
From there we will work on different variations of the same trick with the goal of taking it to standing.
Suitable for beginners, no partner needed, just the desire to get upside down.
All levels welcome, there will be progressions and regressions for each exercise.
The workshop will start with a specific warm-up and at the end, there will be a guided cool-down session focused on self and partner massage and stretching.
