Chapter 1: The importance of a varied practice

To achieve the full spectrum of the handstand benefits, I think it’s worth exploring different handstand variations.

Chapter 2: The old handstand shape

[mepr-show if=”rule: 47849, 47876, 47883″]

Back in the day when people started to get inverted on their hands, their shape wasn’t actually the one that everyone wants to have today.

I am sure you already have seen it. Without proper practice, our bodies will adopt this shape immediately.

Chapter 3: The journey towards the straight line

[mepr-show if=”rule: 47849, 47876, 47883″]

I am sure you already know this following line: “If it was easy, everyone would do it…”. The meaning of it is that usually, people are looking to do whatever it’s easier.

Chapter 5: The tuck leg variation

[mepr-show if=”rule: 47849, 47876, 47883″]

This variation is done when both the hips and the legs are bent.

Chapter 6: Pike - the bent hips, extended legs variation

[mepr-show if=”rule: 47849, 47876, 47883″]

This variation can be done either from a straight line handstand or from a tuck and requires extended legs and hips bent.
